Order Processing and Shipping Information: At CE. Studios, we strive to provide you with exceptional service and deliver your orders in a timely manner. Here's everything you need to know:
 

Preorders: If you have placed a pre-order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for it to be available after the suggested date. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be changed. To make changes, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct items. In-stock items purchased together with a pre-ordered item will be available together when the pre-ordered item is ready for pick-up.

Pickup ONLY No Delivery Available: Your order will be available for collection Tuesday evenings (5pm-7pm) or Saturday mornings ( 10am-1pm ). I fyou miss your collection time your order will be ready for collection at the next allocated pick-up day.
